Mr. Roider's Class Investigates Mixtures and Solutions

Mr. Roider's class has been working on exploring "Mixtures and Solutions".  The tricky part was separating the mixtures.  They used two different types of filters to separate the gravel/water and the powder/water mixtures.  Then to separate the saltwater solution they used evaporation to separate the salt (NaCl) from the water (H20).  Pictures show part this process along with samples of their drawings of the evaporated saltwater solution.
